If your kid wants to start their own business (or you want them to learn some financial literacy), consider having them apply to join Pensapreneur Kids! Applications are now open for the Annual Fair which will be held this year on November 7, 2021, in downtown Pensacola, Florida.
Make your own money and meet some amazing kids!
Local school-age children create a product or service, develop a marketing plan, and open for business! Along the way, they learn skills such as budgeting, creative problem-solving, self-confidence, and more. It is FREE to attend, open to the public, and family-friendly.
In the process of building their business, children learn about startup costs, the difference between revenue and profit, marketing a brand, and customer service.
The possibilities for business ideas are limited only by your imagination. Past businesses have included hand-drawn comics, custom art, baked goods, handcrafted jewelry, cat toys, t-shirts, decorative crafts, scented candles, even babysitting and lawn services.
